We at Ethan's, assist our learners in the best possible way and hence, have come up with "Ethans flexible policy" (valid for 8 months from the batch start date) which comprises of different scenarios mentioned below - 


1. In case, the learner looks forward to change the existing course prior his/her batch starts should put a request to the CRM Team by sending an email to support@ethans.co.in

Upon this, the respective team will then carry out the required formalities to change the existing batch to a new one within 48 working hours as per the request. 


2. If the learner wishes to change the existing batch after the batch has started (In which, 2 or more than 2 classes are completed), the learner should write an email to  support@ethans.co.in

Here, the Academics Team is entitled to charge INR 3000 + GST as an administrative charge for the batch changes required.

Please Note - The dues of the respective student should be clear prior the above process. 


3. If the learner is interested to change the existing batch in which (less than 2 classes are done) he/she is requested to drop an email on support@ethans.co.in

Please Note - Dues must be cleared prior the process stated above.
